II- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Purpose of the Site.
The website www.parfums-hanaemori.com is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet. It makes it possible to propose with the sale of perfumes to Net surfers or users navigating on the site (hereafter the "Site" or "the Internet Site"). The use of the Website by any person whatever the purpose of his visit, consultation or purchase (hereinafter the "Visitor") is governed by the full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of use (hereinafter also referred to as "GCU").
2. Management of personal data.
C.I.L Services collects personal data. Visitors are informed that this automated processing of information, in particular the management of Visitors' e-mail addresses, has been declared to the CNIL (declaration n° 1708001). The personal data that C.I.L Services collects are collected, processed, recorded and stored in accordance with the legal provisions in force in France.
2.1. Means of data collection.
When a Visitor registers, C.I.L Services collects nominative data thanks to the form available from the "my account" section of the Site. C.I.L Services collects the first names, surnames, age, e-mail address and IP address of Visitors. C.I.L Services may also ask the Visitor to communicate optional information such as his preferences in terms of products/services.
2.2. Purposes.

2.4. Recipients.
The personal data collected through the Website will be transmitted to partner companies, to allow in particular the treatment of the purposes presented above as well as the detection of frauds with the means of payment, the management of the marketing operations organized by C.I.L Services or its partners.
2.5. Cookies.
C.I.L Services is likely to use files "cookies" deposited in the computer of the Visitors of its Internet Site. The user recognizes the exclusive rights of C.I.L Services on the brand Parfums Hanae Mori Paris and refrains from making any use of it and more generally from infringing on the intellectual property rights of C.I.L Services. C.I.L Services reserves the right to claim damages in case of infringement and more generally of its intellectual property rights. In the same way, the Visitor refrains from infringing the rights of property, and in particular of intellectual property.
The brand and Logo appearing on the website are the property of the supplier. Any use, in any way whatsoever, of these brands and/or logos and/or any other Content is subject to the express authorization of C.I.L Services or the holder of the intellectual property rights concerned.
Any unauthorized exploitation of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

4. Limitations of Responsibility.

5. Generalities.
5.1. Modifications.
C.I.L Services reserves the right to modify and update the General Conditions of Use without notice. To be informed of these possible modifications, C.I.L Services advises the Visitor to reread the GCU regularly. The use of the Website will be subject to the GCU in force at the time of the use.
5.2 Completeness.
In the event that one of the clauses of these GTUs is null and void due to a change in legislation, regulations or by a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity and respect of the other clauses of the GTUs.
5.3. Applicable law.
Any dispute in connection with the use of the site https://www.parfums-hanaemori.com is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
