Your Most Frequent Questions
All Hanae Mori perfumes are eligible for personalized engraving, except for web exclusive. Choose your favorite scent and add a unique touch.
You can engrave a name, a special date, or a symbol (up to 15 characters). Think of a word or phrase meaningful to you or your gift recipient.
Select your perfume, then choose the “Customize” option. Enter your desired text in the provided field before adding the item to your cart.
Engraving is done on demand and usually requires 3 to 5 business days in addition to the standard shipping time.
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of engraving, orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed.
The engraved bottle is delicate: avoid abrasive products and clean gently with a soft cloth to preserve the engraving.
