My wife loves the fragrance (Hanae Mori Butterfly). She has been wearing it for more than a decade. Our problem is with the shipping. I ordered two bottles a couple of years ago for her birthday and both of them arrived completely smashed. Hanae Mori replaced them and the replacement bottles arrived intact. I ordered two more bottles this year, and one of them arrived with the glass top smashed. The other bottle was ok. I can use the top from an existing bottle to replace the smashed one; however, repeated shipment issues are troubling.

I bought this fragrance as a gift for a friend in Scotland. She had visited th United States several years ages ago and loved it but when she got home to Scotland, she couldn’t find it. So I can’t say how I like it until I visit her in Scotland in August. Also, was suppose to get a free gift, it was not included in my package. Is there any way I can still receive it? I would very much like to sample Hanae perfumes. Thank you
I tried this fragrance because I LOVE the other men’s option. Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the scent and gave to my sister.
I was able to take advantage of a generous promotion, they even make the presentation for a gift so beautiful, I also received some samples that are greatly appreciated due to the fact that Hanae Mori perfumes are not sold locally, on top of that the shipping was so fast. I really enjoy the smooth experience and the perfumes. Thank you HA !

Magical Moon is wonderful. Too bad it will no longer be made. This is (my wife’s and) my favorite fragrance. Whenever my wife wears this, people are always complimenting her on the perfume and ask her what it is called. She always responds that it is her favorite and is called “Magical Moon”. Oh Hanae Mori … please keep making this!
The packaging and gift wrap were very nice. I was very pleased with the quality, especially given that it was shipped from France to the United States. Kudos to the Hanae Mori team.

It took 2 months to get it and the bottle was broken. Highly disappointed. Contacted the company and they replaced at no cost. Great customer service.
