Deliveries can be made in USA, Mexico, Canada.

For other countries, please contact us beforehand.

For USA, the delivery time is less than 7 days by Fedex international Economy and 3 days if you choose the option of a priority shipment.

América (Canadá, Estados Unidos y México): el envío estándar se ofrece a una tarifa fija de 9,90 $.

Europa: el envío estándar se ofrece a una tarifa fija de 7.90€ y el envío exprés tiene un precio fijo de 14.90 $.

Otros países: el envío estándar se ofrece a una tarifa fija de 39,90 $.

Para los pedidos enviados fuera de Europa, podrá aplicarse un cargo por gestión aduanera durante el proceso de compra. Su importe se calcula en función de los aranceles e impuestos de importación vigentes en el país de destino. Si no se aplican aranceles ni gastos de importación, no se cobrará ningún cargo por gestión aduanera.

For Fedex shipments, please connect to the Fedex website and enter your tracking number that was given to you when you confirmed your order.

For Priority shipments, please connect to the website of the selected carrier with the tracking number that was given to you when you confirmed your order.

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns are only accepted if the products are in their original condition and complete (including packaging) allowing them to be marketed again in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal management.
